QUEENSLAND Firebirds and Australian Diamonds netball player, and former Allora girl, Laura Geitz, has chosen the magnificent gardens of the historic North Toolburra property, west of Warwick, to hold her wedding reception on Saturday, December 22.
Laura and fiance, rugby player Mark Gilbride, will say "I do" at the Scots College Chapel in a formal ceremony at 3.30pm, before their 150 guests will move to North Toolburra for the reception.
Laura said she was getting excited about the upcoming nuptials.
"Everything is going to plan,Elegant Empire Wedding Dresses in chiffon. and I'm just home for a few days to finalise the last details," she said when the Bush Telegraph spoke to her last Thursday.
"My wedding dress is arriving tomorrow, and I'm counting down the sleeps," Laura said.
Guests at the much anticipated wedding will include Laura's team-mates from the Queensland Firebirds, which Laura has just been named captain of for 2013, many of the Australian Diamonds squad, plus other players from the netball fraternity.
Laura said New Idea magazine had the exclusive rights to the wedding, which would be spectacular.
Owners of North Toolburra, Jackie Chard and Jim Wedge, have been invited to what has been described as the wedding of the year for the local region.
"It was nice to be invited, and we are looking forward to it," Jackie said.
"We have been working hard in the garden to get things looking lovely. Laura and her mum, Juanita, were out yesterday to have a look around and to decide where they would have the photos taken.
"They want fairly country scenes and there are plenty of those on the property," Jackie said.
She said given there has been no rain to speak of in recent months, the gardens were looking magnificent.

Twitter heel Bret Easton Ellis has apologized for a handful of inflammatory tweets against "Zero Dark Thirty" director Kathryn Bigelow that he sent out starting on Dec.Looking for the ideal dress to wear for A-Line Wedding Dresses? 6, 2012.
"I've taken a lot of hits in my career—they bounce off," Ellis wrote in a 2,200-word-plus explainer-cum-apology for The Daily Beast. "The armor was built so long ago that I now assume everyone else in the public eye can handle it when they’re shot at. But the outcry over the Bigelow tweets was eye-opening to me in a way that nothing else has ever been. I got it. I heard it. I looked back at what I was doing with those tweets (quickly, unconsciously, hurriedly, drunkenly) and I have to admit they simply back-fired. Which is why I’m writing this. No one asked me to write this. I simply write something like this when I'm in pain. And I’ve been slowly feeling a painfulness when reading all of the articles reacting to those tweets."
Ellis started a wildfire when he wrote that Bigelow, who won an Oscar for directing "The Hurt Locker" and could win another for "Zero Dark Thirty," was overrated because she was an attractive woman.

I know what you're thinking, "why on earth would you waste any of your precious time recapping The Bachelorette: Ashley and Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version's Wedding (or whatever the heck it was called)? Actually the better question would probably be "why on earth would you waste any of your precious time actually watching this two-hour special?" Well... I didn't have anything better to do on a Sunday night, and, well... that's all I got. Ok, I'll admit, as annoying as I have always found Ashley, she's like a high-energy little yapping dog with a five-head, Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version and Ashley have always been my favorite couple that the show has ever produced. Now yes, host Chris Harrison took time out from his busy schedule of hosting the upcoming Bachelor (premiering January 7th ("on ABC" (thanks, Chris))) and, well,Elegant Empire Wedding Dresses in chiffon. just being Chris Harrison, which I'm certain is a full-time job, leaving him only time to show up at the Rose Ceremony to inform us that, yes, that last rose laying on the table is the final rose of the night, to not only host, but also officiate "the wedding of the year." (Yes, I know that was a total run-on sentence, and I'm fine with that... even though it probably didn't make any sense.) So, as we meander our way in a drunken stupor down the aisle, let's do things a little different from the usual blog and just recap a few of the night's "bests:"
Best Keep on Living that Dream: Chris, always one to tout that romantical power of The Bachelor/Bachelorette, trotted out other Bachelor-made couples, Trista and Ryan (whose lips I'm pretty sure did not touch when they went in for a kiss after Chris interviewed them) and Jason (of "Pulling a Jason" fame) and Molly (nearly unrecognizable and pregnant),We provide rental service on a variety of Wedding Dress Shops, qua and tuxedos, etc. and then rattled off of all the other couples who "found love" as part of the cast of The Bachelor, names that me, nor anyone else recognized (though if Chris used Primetime Rewind-endorsed nicknames, I'm sure we all would've known who he was talking about!)!
Best Fashion Sense: When the happy couple (don't let my cynicism dissuade you from the fact that I totally love this couple, as "cynicism" is my job... no really, it's on my resume) brought both of their families together to announce their wedding plans, both Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version and Ashley's dad, last seen sporting a flannel shirt that I also own, were both wearing suede elbow-patched sport jackets. And, let's be honest, maybe Ashley should start taking fashion tips from Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version. And, well, Kevin M. Kawa, real life-version.
Best Camera Hog: Hotter Sister (yes, I had to go back into the archives and make sure that I got right the nickname of Ashley's tatted-up sister), who took every opportunity she could to upstage Ashley, as she did during both Ashley's original run as The Bachelorette and during her season as the apple of Bachelor Brad's eye. However, where she once responded to Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version's question of if Hotter Sister would be unhappy if he proposed to Ashley with a nod, this time she admitted that she was wrong to rush to judgment, and now considers him like a brother. So long as he stays out of her camera-line.
Best "See I Told You So, We Were Meant to Be Together:" While taking a trip down memory lane, Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version gives Ashley a photo of them, all decked out in wedding-attire, for the photo shoot they did in Taiwan, during their original run on the show. Now, as someone who believes in signs, as in music cues, or lines from books, or pet names, or a photo showing true happiness, seeing these two as bride and groom, no matter how awkward it was at the time, only looks like a foreshadowing on how they were meant to be. Yay signs!
Best Say Yes to the Dress Moment: Oh wait, I said best, and, as the show was two-hours long, weren't you expecting more than just a final fitting for Ashley in her wedding dress? Yeah, I was too, especially because the dress she chose was pretty plain. The open back and beadwork were top-notch, but the fabric of the fitted dress left it bunching in her mid-section, and the front, save some beaded shoulder-pads, was pretty plain. Overall, I did not say yes to that dress!
Best Recurring Character: Whereas "Every Kiss Beings with Kay," "Every Failed Bachelor/Bachelorette Romance Begins with Neil Lane," The Bachelor's resident jeweler, who once again made an appearance, with, at least to me, his unbuttoned top-couple-of-buttons-and-chest-hair combo being more distracting than the bands the two were shopping for, though Ashley did prove that she knew exactly what Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version likes, guessing correctly the one he would pick out of an array of bands. Of course, in true Bachelor-ineptitude, we then did not even get to see the ring! I mean, come on, a wedding isn't just for the bride! Oh wait, yeah it is.
Worst What Happens in Scottsdale, Stays in Scottsdale Moment: Oh wow, this one is really hard to decide, but I'll have to go with a tie between Kevin M.Shop PromGirl for maggie sottero wedding dress and pageant gowns with high low hemlines. Kawa, Bachelorette-version's face glued onto Ashley's nail during a manicure and Ashley's pole dancing. I know great shimmies, and you Ashley are no great shimmier.
Best Thing About the Whole Show: Yes, the easy answer would be "when it ended," but come on, when have I ever taken the easy way out (no matter the odds, I never give up)?!? No, the best part of the night was reserved for host/officiate, Chris Harrison. I mean,Looking for the ideal dress to wear for A-Line Wedding Dresses? who wouldn't want Chris to officiate their wedding, though, I hear you might want to go with a cash bar if he's going to show up to the reception.
Best Bathroom Break Moment: In anticipation of living up to the title of the "Most Romantic Event Ever," the two practiced their altar kiss, with Ashley wanting a big, long one (as in a kiss), with Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version preferring two short, side-to-side kisses.Freeshipping cute ball gown wedding dress rural ring set . Now I won't give my opinion, as I'm a pretty excellent kisser (just saying), but I am happy to report that although Ashley did get her long kiss, Kevin M. Kawa, Bachelorette-version was able to sneak in there, at the last second, and get that second kiss in. At least one version of Kevin M. Kawa gets what he wants!
Regardless of whether the economy is good or bad, December is the best month of the year to buy a lot of different things.
If you have money to spend, you should take advantage of the fact that retailers are eager – some would say desperate – to pad their bottom lines before the year ends.
As someone who has written two books about the best time to buy things, I get a lot of questions year-round from people who are trying to save money by timing their purchases.
Here are 10 things that cost a lot less to buy in December:
1. TVs. If you didn’t already buy one on Black Friday, don’t worry. Shoppers will see many TVs reduced by 20 percent or more in December. This happens for two reasons: 1) New TV models arrive in stores in August and September, and retailers often drop prices a few months later for those TVs and for older models; 2) Retailers depend on holiday sales to “make their year profitable.” What about the “Super Bowl sales?” There are sales then, but there are better ones in December and January. With a strong demand for TVs right before the Super Bowl, why would retailers offer good sales then?
2. Cell phones. They’ve become common holiday gifts, but the competition is fierce, so stores often offer good deals on them during the Christmas shopping season. This won’t hold true this year for the iPhone 5 or other phones in high demand.
3. Champagne. This one also flies in the face of logic. Demand for Champagne is sky high during the end-of-the-year holidays, so prices should be sky high, right? But they’re not. Stores typically put bubbly on sale as the holidays approach to try to get shoppers in the door in the hopes that they’ll buy other things they weren’t planning to buy – and at full price.
4. Cars. Right now all car dealers have one thing in common: They’re trying to get 2012 models off their lots. December offers the best prices of the year – at least 20 percent off the sticker price. The downside: The selection isn’t good for 2012 models now, and the car you want may not have all the bells and whistles you want. The deals aren’t as good for 2013 models, but the selection is excellent.
5. NFL tickets. By December, at least half of National Football League teams will have losing records and little or no shot of making the playoffs. As a result, fewer people want to see them play, and this waning demand increases your chances of scoring tickets – often at less than face value – from fans who want to dump theirs. For the best prices, wait until right after kickoff to buy your tickets, and buy from other fans or from scalpers. You won’t get a price break at your team’s ticket office.
6. Wedding dresses. Many bridal shops start receiving large shipments of dresses in November because so many couples get engaged on Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Newly engaged ladies typically start shopping for dresses in January and February. If you’re already engaged, shop in December, when stores are less crowded and when store managers, eager to pad their bottom lines, are open to negotiation.
7. Toys.Freeshipping cute ball gown wedding dress rural ring set . Place an asterisk next to this one. Shoppers will find toy sales throughout December, but if you haven’t bought them yet, you missed the best sales,Shop PromGirl for maggie sottero wedding dress and pageant gowns with high low hemlines. which occur in November, particularly early in the month. Why November? Retailers want to get shoppers in their stores on a regular basis in November to increase the likelihood that they’ll return in December to finish their holiday shopping. The most popular toys,Looking for the ideal dress to wear for A-Line Wedding Dresses? which often are on sale in November, are rarely on sale in December.
Look for these three things right after Christmas.
8. Clothes. Dec. 26 is considered the best day of the year to buy clothing. Department stores tend to slash prices that day to clear merchandise, but the selection worsens every day after the 26th, so don’t wait too long.
9. Gift cards. More and more people are giving gift cards for Christmas. They’re easy to buy and inexpensive to ship, and they’re a little more personalized than cash. The problem is lots of people receive gift cards that they’ll never use, and the unwanted cards sit unused in drawers. But many other people waste no time trying to sell these cards, so check out websites such as giftcards.com and giftcardgranny.com, which sell them at 15-percent to 25-percent discounts. Some people don’t get around to selling their unwanted gift cards until a week or two after Christmas,Custom made cheap demetrios wedding dresses made in china? making January another good month to find discounted gift cards.
10.Elegant Empire Wedding Dresses in chiffon. Christmas stuff. Expect discounts of 50 percent or more on wrapping paper, Christmas cards and other Christmas items. Stores don't want to load this stuff on trucks and ship it back to a warehouse. A tip within a tip: Buy wrapping paper with solid colors -- green, red, gold and silver -- and use it to wrap birthday, wedding and anniversary gifts throughout the year.
“It was timing. We heard Matt and Alan were coming to Manila to source materials. We've distributed Umbra for close to 10 years, and we thought it would also be great to introduce some of the designers behind the brand,” says Nelson Guevarra, chair of Garden Barn Inc., Umbra's exclusive distributor in the Philippines.
Matt Carr and Alan Wisniewski are two of Umbra's most prolific designers.
Owing perhaps to Umbra's extreme prolificacy and regular roll-out of new products,Shop PromGirl for maggie sottero wedding dress and pageant gowns with high low hemlines. we tend to forget just how ubiquitous Umbra products are in the home.
Some examples of great Umbra design: wall-mounted invisible bookshelves where books seem to float in the air; Photo Falls, tree-inspired design which displays photos in wire branches equipped with clips. The mounted photos look like leaves on a tree.
Carr and Wisniewski came to Manila to look for local materials they could use.Custom made cheap demetrios wedding dresses made in china? At Dimensione, which sells Umbra, Inquirer Lifestyle interviewed the designers about aesthetics, tips for first-time home decorators, and gift ideas for Christmas.
Where do you derive inspiration?
Matt: It comes from so many different sources. One would be a trip like this, we visited some vendors, factories to see what materials they're using, what their capabilities are, and we'll kind of reinvent what they typically do with that material, give it a completely new use, look and feel.
What type of materials did you see here that interests you?
Alan: We've seen a lot of natural materials like woven rattan, sea grass, hand-carved wood. It would be nice to incorporate [these] and put our spin on it. We also saw some cool recycled glass.
Matt: We really came to the Philippines to get more of a “handcraft feel” to the collection. We want to focus on a gift collection for August 2013, on honest materials with a handcraft look, still modern and contemporary but with very high perceived value.
What is your favorite Umbra product of all time, designed by you or someone from the team?
Alan: My favorite piece is the Postino mailbox.
Matt: It would be from the U+ collection, the Wobble Chessboard. I think it's just really a fantastic gift with a high surprise level to it. It's very interactive and representative of what Umbra is as a brand—affordable, casual, fun and playful.
Have you thought about designing for pets?
Alan: Oh yeah, we both have pets and a lot from the design team have pets, we talk about them all the time.Dennis Basso Sweetheart quinceanera dresses red and black with Dropped Waist in Organza. It's definitely something we'd love to explore, it's a big market. We not only want to have a product that looks good but with a fun spin, an added function and feature.
What Umbra products are in each of your homes?
Alan: I've got a couple of things from the U+ line, which is our gift line. I've got some Rolly side tables, Suspend mantel clock, the Ribbon clock, some bath accessories, kind of a mix throughout the home, not completely outfitted in Umbra like most people think, but here and there, for sure.
Matt: I've a lot of Rolly, everywhere I can put it, I think it's a good piece and has a timeless feel to it. Of course I have Postino in front of my home. I have functional items in my kitchen, I use the Tub dish rack, it's just great, indestructible.
How did you come up with the design for LBD, Matt?
Matt: I wanted to work on closet storage because it's so boring (laughs). The only time I really get to focus, when I have peace and quiet, is on a plane. I was flying to Hong Kong from Toronto so I had 13 hours to think and I was just thinking about what people have in their closets. It seemed really obvious that it was clothing shapes, but there was no clothing shape relative to storage, so I just sketched out like a T-shirt and a dress and it just stuck right away, as soon as I sketched it.
As soon as I got back to the office, we did a paper mockup for the overall form, got a sample done, and people really understand it.
How would you describe your aesthetic?
Alan: I think, just clean, I really am a strong believer of simple design, I hate things that are too over the top, or designed for the sake of designing. Things that are simple, pure, clean, honest.
Matt: For Umbra, his elegant selection of high low prom dresses will have you looking stunning for the big day!Looking for the ideal dress to wear for A-Line Wedding Dresses? we're focusing on casual solutions, modern, affordable—we want to make design affordable, it's not fair that only the super-rich can obtain some designs, right? So we want to bring that home. Just keep it fun, playful, make people smile with our products.
By now, you no doubt know that the designer of Ashley Hebert’s wedding dress was Randi Rahm. What you may be confused on is what kind of dress this was.
Different sources label the dress differently.Looking for the ideal dress to wear for A-Line Wedding Dresses? Some call it a mermaid simply because it’s the only dress style name they know that isn’t a ballgown.Freeshipping cute ball gown wedding dress rural ring set . Other sites like InStyle referred to it as a fit and flare. Well, we decided to narrow down the search so when you go try on wedding dresses you’ll know exactly what style to ask for.
According to The Wedding Shoppe Inc. you can tell the difference between a mermaid dress vs a fit and flare dress rather easily:
So, what’s the difference between the fit and flare and the mermaid? And what’s the difference between the fit and flare and the trumpet?
The Fit and Flare flares right below the hip
The Mermaid flares at or below the knee
The Trumpet flares gradually, at approximately mid-thigh
When a keen eye, we noted that Ashley Hebert’s wedding dress flared out at the knee,Elegant Empire Wedding Dresses in chiffon. which means this is a mermaid wedding dress. If you want a fuller dress, consider asking for a fit and flare or trumpet dress. It will keep a small frame from being swallowed, while still giving a bride a bit of ballroom fantasy.
Costa Rica wrapped up trade negotiations with the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) in the early hours last Saturday in Guatemala City.
The agreement would improve conditions for entry of Costa Rican products in EFTA countries (Liechtenstein,We provide rental service on a variety of Wedding Dress Shops, qua and tuxedos, etc.Shop PromGirl for maggie sottero wedding dress and pageant gowns with high low hemlines. Iceland, Norway and Switzerland), “providing opportunities to increase and diversify our exports and to encourage foreign direct investment,”Costa Rican Foreign Trade Minister Anabel González said.
“We’re establishing opportunities for Costa Rica to set a framework of clear rules for a market with a high net-average GDP [$40,000 average per capita] and willing to pay for the quality that distinguishes our products,” the minister added.
Negotiations include benefits for Costa Rican agricultural products such as bananas and other tropical fruit, coffee, sugar and flowers. Costa Rica gave EFTA the same tariff treatment as that accorded the European Union.
The parties expect to comply with the legal review process as soon as possible, “with the aim of signing the agreement by June 2013,”Trade Vice Minister Fernando Ocampo said.
Panama, Guatemala and Honduras also are expected to continue discussions with EFTA in coming weeks.
Jake Kilroy stood in the hallway facing the door to Rose's apartment. He was gathering himself, summoning the courage to knock. His barracks bag stood upright on the floor. It was opened at the top and he extracted two bottles of wine, a white and a red.Freeshipping cute ball gown wedding dress rural ring set . Flowers or candy seemed too personal. Johnny would have brought wine when invited to dinner. He raised his hand to knock and froze in mid-air. Why was this so hard?
When he called Rose from Norfolk she was happy to hear from him. They chatted, exchanged pleasantries, mostly small talk. When he told her he had some of Johnny's personal items he would like to bring to her, she invited him to come to New York immediately. Jake was halfway there on the train when it suddenly occurred to him he would arrive at her place on 22 November,Looking for the ideal dress to wear for A-Line Wedding Dresses? Thanksgiving Day. She surely would have a Thanksgiving dinner prepared. We'll eat, I'll show her the letter, she'll throw me out and I'll be heading home before dark. Let's get this over with!
Just as he was about to knock, the door opened. Rose stood there in a flowery print dress with her hair done up and a face made up moderately and tastefully. Her apron was discarded on the floor.
"I thought I heard something. Welcome Jake!" She nervously pressed her palms on her thighs and extended one of them to shake his hand.
Jake lifted his hands to show they were occupied. "Hi, Rose.Shop PromGirl for maggie sottero wedding dress and pageant gowns with high low hemlines. It's great to see you."
"Oh," she looked at his hands and shook her head. Then she reached under his arms and hugged him tightly. He lowered his arms around her shoulders. "It's so good of you to come." They held each other for a moment.
Rose stepped back and took in the sight before her. Jake was in his army dress greens with a chest full of ribbons. His trousers were bloused into a shiny pair of Corcoran jump boots and he wore an overseas cap with the airborne insignia. The sight was too much for her and she broke into tears.
He reached for her but she stepped back, bent down to pick up her apron and wiped her tears with it. She struggled to gain control.
"Come in, Jake. Sit down."
Jake fingered the strap of a small canvas pouch and lifted it from his barracks bag. He kicked the door close, leaving his barracks bag in the hall. He handed her the wine and sat down at the table. The kitchen was comfortably warm with the odor of cooking and the scent of her perfume. She would have had Thanksgiving dinner alone if he had not come. Nevertheless, he felt awkward and was immediately at a loss for words.
She sat down across from him. "I'm sorry, Jake. I must look frightful. But the sight of you standing there reminded me…"
"It's alright, Rose. Nothing to apologize for."
She sniffled and straightened up. "I've roasted a nice chicken basted in honey with walnut and raisin stuffing. Some foods are still hard to get so I'm using my favorite Betty Crocker wartime recipes. We also have baked potatoes,We provide rental service on a variety of Wedding Dress Shops, qua and tuxedos, etc. that beer you liked and pumpkin pie for dessert."
"Sounds great. Thanks for having me." Rose was as pretty as he remembered, even with her mascara running down her cheek. He looked around. "Is anyone else coming?"
"It'll just be us and John Patrick when he wakes up. I even have some turkey flavored baby food for him." Rose smiled. She was regaining her composure. "Mrs. Geelan from upstairs might drop down for coffee when her family leaves. She does some babysitting for me from time to time but she's getting on in years."
"I'd love to see the boy."
"When he awakens. Let's go sit in the living room and you can show me what you brought," she pointed to the canvas pouch.
They went into the cozy living room and sat at opposite ends of a long, soft couch. Jake noticed the various pictures on the walls and furniture. They were all of Johnny and her before the War, except for two. One was of Johnny taken in a photo studio in Palermo, Sicily and the other was the picture of the three of them taken on the roof two years before.Elegant Empire Wedding Dresses in chiffon.
Like it or not, social networks are now a vital part of our lives, and whether we're keeping in touch or consuming news or trends, most people wear a number of caps when socially not-working.
So how do we feel about the idea of Big Brother 'helping' with these daily routines?
The IAB recently reported a 294m increase in online ad spend in the first half of 2012, with display accounting for 23% of all digital advertising, and this Christmas is set to be no exception.
Investment into display this quarter is predicted to continue with retargeting playing an integral part.
So it's fair to say that having browsed online for Dad's new socks or Mum's Christmas slippers, I'm likely to be retargeted with a reminder that I haven't yet checked out.
In theory, these ads should be so completely relevant that I return and convert there and then, but what happens when ads become so overtly relevant that I actually switch off or simply reject this targeting?
The example story I am about to relive could apply to any form of behavioural, retargeting or contextual display advertising, but in this case I'm bashing Facebook.
Despite plenty of scepticism about the famous 1bn active monthly users, there is no doubt about it – Facebook is a goldmine for eyeballs.
The fact that you can now retarget users through Facebook Exchange (FBX) presents an even more attractive prospect for marketers who can target their audience's likes, dislikes, locations, associations, relationship statuses,Elegant Empire Wedding Dresses in chiffon. and group interests with relevant adverts.
So as a digital marketer, why am I moaning? Good question...
I am currently organising my wedding and initially, working out what needed doing first was a ‘needle in a haystack’ scenario.
After the obligatory update to my Facebook relationship status, I turned to the internet to start researching venues, dresses,Freeshipping cute ball gown wedding dress rural ring set . flowers, suits, honeymoons and so on - leaving a trail of cookies along the way.
So you can imagine what a lovely surprise it was to start noticing a series of useful little ads for these items popping up in my Facebook account. Actually,Shop PromGirl for maggie sottero wedding dress and pageant gowns with high low hemlines. this is in fact true (you'll never believe how difficult it is to find a dress that four Bridesmaids will be happy to wear), but on clicking though I wasn't wholly convinced the vivid orange and lime dresses shown would fit in with my chosen colour scheme.Custom made cheap demetrios wedding dresses made in china? Nice try, Facebook but still some homework to do.
The next day, I spotted an attractive ad for ‘The Perfect Wedding Dance’. As my husband-to-be has two left feet, I click through. Unfortunately the dance teacher based in Chippenham, and as I live in Surrey I waste a click in taking a look.
The day after, I spotted an ad for a couture wedding dresses.Looking for the ideal dress to wear for A-Line Wedding Dresses? I click... They are based in Harrogate. Another wasted click.
This continued for a few more days until I consciously decide that any adverts Facebook ‘thinks’ I will be interested in will probably be a waste of time to me - especially as I'm now ploughing through my checklist and am therefore actually no longer in the market for most of the queried items in my initial search.
Consequently, in a pretty short space of time I have gone from being exposed to these targeted ads, to clicking through, to totally ignoring them. Whilst the targeting seems pretty tight from the point of view that it is meeting audience criteria, the adverts are insincere and I have tuned out of even those that ‘appear’ completely relevant.
In fact, I am now irritated both that I am being over-targeted as a consumer, but also as a marketer that these advertisers are wasting their time and budget by overlooking the detail in their campaign set-up.
There are already plenty of learnings from Facebook Exchange, but it seems to me that there’s still a long way to go before advertisers will reap the benefits of this display media. Meanwhile, I'm steering clear of Facebook's wedding planning services...
After checking into rehab for the nineteenth time last week, Brooke Mueller is out again. TMZ reports that the troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen spent just six days at a rehabilitation clinic for detoxication from Adderall.

So unique were the designs that are specifically designed to suit one’s pocket. Seasons Bridal Selection director Shumirayi Musiyiwa, who is based in Perth, Australia, said all what the client has to do is choose a design and colour.
“Wedding dresses are changing theme from white colour to coloured gowns which are sometimes second dresses after the initial marriage ceremony.
“You need to come for consultation first for these clothes because budget is something we can discuss. Our dresses are competitive and we can do a dress to suit your pocket,” said the former Queen Elizabeth High School student.
Musiyiwa said it takes at least six to 10 weeks to make the dresses, clearing with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) before it is finally delivered to its destination.
